Real property research, abstracting and document retrieval. Our primary product is the real estate title report. It certifies that a diligent search of real property and court records has been performed as it relates to a specific tract of land and its owners. The report summarizes those findings and includes but is not limited to: deeds, mortgages, assignments, easements, leases, involuntary liens, divorces, probates and bankruptcies. We customize the scope of our research to the client’s unique needs. For example; a cell tower report has unique research requirements that differ from a pre-foreclosure report.
